Meet Mikala
Hi, I’m Mikala.
I grew up in a family deeply rooted in real estate. Development, building, and investing were always part of my environment, so I’ve been around this world in a very real way for my entire life. A little cliche, I know.
I was born and raised here in the Pacific Northwest. Originally from Lake Stevens, I moved to Bellingham and knew pretty quickly this is where I wanted to put down roots, both personally and professionally.
I’m a mom of two, and that perspective shapes everything about how I approach this work. I know how much home matters, because it’s where your life happens. It’s also one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make, and I keep both in mind.
I work with both buyers and sellers, and I’ve facilitated everything from first-time home purchases to commercial investments. I pay attention to the details, but I’m always thinking about the bigger picture too. Whether that’s how a home fits your life or how a property performs over time.
My clients know me for being responsive, calm, and straightforward. I’m your go-to for honest guidance and thoughtful strategy, and a firm believer that this process does not need to feel chaotic. It should feel clear, supported, and manageable. When it comes to selling, I’m especially focused on strategy - helping you position your home for the best possible outcome and creating a clear plan to get there.
I’ve built a strong, referral- and repeat-based business over the last 10 years, all while building a family and raising two young kids, which I’m really proud of. I am so grateful for all of my clients who continue to choose me again and again. I care deeply about my community and the people in it, and I feel lucky to do this work here.
When I’m not working, I’m with my family, keeping up with everyday life, supporting local businesses, and more than likely reading a book.
